- PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10-15 MIN EARLY FOR CLASS SO THAT CLASS MAY BEGIN ON TIME.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MOUNTAIN LIFE CYCLING STUDIO SPINNING® CLASSES
Spinning the Energy Zones: Spinning is a fun, non-impact group cycling workout that is great for all fitness levels from the beginner to the trained athlete. Our Spinning schedule changes weekly and includes all “Energy Zones”. Working in each Energy Zone is important for a balanced exercise program, which improves all aspects of your fitness, including mental and physical endurance, strength and athletic performance.
HIIT Quick Spin: A 30 minutes High Intensity Interval Training Spin Class alternating between high intensity and low intensity intervals. You will burn mega calories in a short amount of time. Students need to have a strong fitness base and spinning experience to attend this class.
Intro to Spin: Students will learn basic setup, safety and a short ride - the best way to prepare you for any regular class. This class takes the intimidation out of walking into a regular class not really knowing what to expect. When you leave the Intro class you will have all the tools you need to get started in any class.
THE ZONE – GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
6 Week Yoga Workshop with Jessie Thompson: A well-rounded yoga class that will help build and maintain strength to create more stability and comfort in your body. We will do alignment-based flow sequences that will help you feel more grounded and calm during this busy time, including a deep relaxation at the end of every class. The class is open to anyone looking for a yoga class that both challenges and supports you. Jessie Thompson is a certified Instructor who has been teaching yoga for 20 years.
Circuit Training: This class takes you through a series of stations that include cardio, strength and core exercises. With relatively brief rest intervals in between each station, the heart rate remains elevated near the aerobic level to ensure fast dramatic fitness results. Cardio, core, strength…this class has it all!
ABC Workout (Abs, Butt, Core): This class focuses on your entire core area! The core extends from your chest all the way to your upper thighs, basically, we’re talking everything except those parts that dangle: the head, arms and legs! The class will use a variety of exercise equipment to sculpt every part of your ABC!
Strengthen & Sculpt: Upper body, lower body, abs…we get it all done from your head down to your toes! Sculpt your body and improve your total body strength using resistance bands, dumbbells and you’re your own bodyweight. You’ll leave this class feeling strong!
Spin N Stretch: Improve your cardio benefits and Increase your flexibility with a 45 minutes Spin class followed by 15 minutes of Stretch in The Zone all in a single class.
Upper Body Blast!: Strength training exercises to target your upper body: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps... we will train them all!! This class will BLAST the upper body using body weight, dumbbells and anything else we can dream up!
NOTE: Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. We always offer modifications and options that accommodate beginner to advanced fitness levels.

- Endurance Energy Zone: Endurance training is your foundation and should constitute the bulk of your workouts. The payoff: Keeps you in the aerobic zone strengthening the cardiovascular system, improving your resting heart rate and recovery times, and puts you in that fat burning zone!
- Strength Energy Zone: You’ll hover between aerobic and anaerobic zones improving both strength and endurance. The payoff: Burn calories, strengthen your legs, and build both muscular endurance and mental strength.
- Interval Energy Zone: This energy zone is important if you are interested in boosting your fitness level and improving your metabolism. You will alternate bursts of speed and power with periods of rest. The Payoff: Improve your cardiac health, endurance, strength and stamina, and burns tons of calories!

Don't forget to bring water bottle and towel. Our bikes accommodate two water bottles.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of class in order to receive credit for that class.
For Unlimited monthly contract participations, cancellation of a previously scheduled class must be done at least 24 hours before the class begins or your credit/debit card will be charged the current per class rate.
For single or Ten-Pack class participants, cancellation of a previously scheduled class must be done at least 24 hours before the class begins to receive a refund.
If you can't make the Intro to Spin class times, please come in 15-20 minutes early for whichever class you are attending and instructor will go over basics with you to get you started on your journey.
ALL classes start on time so please be a few minutes early so you are ready to ride at startup time. Don't be late or your seat will most likely be taken!
